Shrink Universe offers approximately 2.5 times faster Treatment speed compared to the existing Shrink, and provides two ultrasound modes (dot type and line type). Additionally, it can precisely care for narrow and curved areas that were difficult to access with existing handpieces using an Ultra Booster handpiece in a circular pen shape, and customized Treatments tailored to skin condition and area are possible with 7 different cartridges.

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) precisely focuses energy from the skin surface to the SMAS layer (fascial layer). The SMAS layer is the layer directly pulled in surgical Lifting, and when energy is delivered non-invasively to this layer, Collagen contraction occurs due to thermal stimulation and new Collagen is generated, resulting in firm skin Lifting.

The dot type concentrates energy in a point form to deliver deep Lifting effects to the SMAS layer. It is particularly effective for deep cheek correction, nasolabial folds, and jawline correction. The line type evenly disperses energy in a line form to uniformly improve skin texture, Elasticity, and fine Wrinkles over a wide area. When both modes are combined, three-dimensional Lifting that covers both depth and width is possible.

Cartridges are distinguished by skin layer depth (mm) and energy focusing depth. Generally, 1.5mm and 3.0mm cartridges target the dermal layer, while 4.5mm and 6.0mm cartridges target the SMAS layer. Based on skin thickness, degree of sagging, and Treatment area, our specialist selects the optimal cartridge combination.

Thanks to the 2.5 times faster Treatment speed compared to existing Shrink, pain has been reduced. We apply numbing cream before the Treatment to minimize discomfort, and most patients experience it as a 'slight prickling sensation' or 'warmth' level.

Both Treatments use HIFU technology, but Ultherapy is the original HIFU device approved by the U.S. FDA and features Deep SEE™ real-time imaging guidance, making its Lifting strength stronger. Shrink Universe is approved by Korea's MFDS and has relatively less pain and better cost-efficiency.

You can feel a slight tightening effect immediately after the Treatment, but significant results appear gradually after 4-8 weeks as new Collagen is generated. At the 3-month mark, improvements in Elasticity, Lifting, and contour become most prominent.

We recommend a basic plan of 3 Treatments at 1-3 month intervals. Upon completion of 3 Treatments, the effects of Lifting, Elasticity, and contour improvement are maximized. You can resume daily life immediately after the Treatment. Depending on individual differences, temporary redness, mild swelling, and rarely bruising may appear for a few days, but recovery occurs naturally. We recommend avoiding sauna, alcohol, and peeling Treatments for 1 week after the Treatment, and lukewarm water cleansing for 3 days.
